Hotel invoices may be requested before July 9, 2018. To request an invoice:
  1. Send us a message through the ILA Support Center.
  2. Select Hotel Reservation for Case Category.
  3. Select Hotel Deposit for Topic.
  4. Complete the support form and include your reservation confirmation number in the message.
  5. An ILA Support Agent will forward a PDF copy of the hotel deposit invoice within 24 hours of receipt.
Hotel invoices requested after July 9, 2018 should be addressed directly to your hotel.
